
Sanitizing
To ensure staff safety accommodation is sanitized after every checkout with special attention being given to kitchens and bathrooms. After fully servicing and preparing the accommodation for your arrival, we then re-sanitize the accommodation using the same system. The accommodation is then sealed awaiting your arrival.

Linen & Towels
By washing with detergent and sanitizer, dried, and then ironed on the hottest setting to ensure they are sanitary.

Non-Essential Items removed
Scatter cushions, magazines, etc, have been removed. We have left the throws due to the odd chilly night. These are laundered between bookings.

Daily cleaning Service
To minimize contact between guests and staff we offer a linen and towel change every fourth day. A daily clean and tidy service can however be arranged if required. If you intend making use of this service please provide at least 48 hrs notice if possible.

Arrival & check-in
We screen our guests at arrival. If a guest has symptoms of COVID-19, we will request the guest to self-isolate and seek medical attention immediately as well as contacting the National Centre for Communicable Diseases immediately. We reserve the right to refuse entry. We also encourage our guests to wear masks during all interactions with our staff as well as when in the common area of the estate like games room, etc.

Online screening form
We request our guests to complete the online screening form found at the bottom of this page. Please complete a form for each guest. All adults in the group need to supply us with a copy of their ID/passport or drivers licence. We request children's birth date. The temperatures will be taken by our Meet & Greet Officer.
